Regency Park is a family-oriented church for all ages, focused on loving God through worship, building relationships within our church family, and serving others. Pastor Keith preaches sermons that are biblical supported and life applicable. KEITH JACOBS
Senior Pastor
Keith has served as the Senior Pastor of RPBC since November 2002. He had a life-changing moment on December 5, 1982, when he accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. (For Pastor Keith’s salvation story click here). Keith married his high school sweetheart, Gaylene, in 1981. He graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Business Administration in 1981 and worked in the construction material supply field until 1991 when the Lord called him into vocational ministry. Keith graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1994 with a Masters of Divinity. He enjoys golfing, snow skiing, driving his Camaro, and playing with his grandchildren in his free time.
CHRIS JUSTICE
Worship And Discipleship Pastor
Chris became the Worship & Discipleship Pastor at Regency Park on July 1, 2018. He has served in churches in both Oklahoma and Kansas in the areas of Worship, Missions, Family, and Student Ministries. Chris has been an active member since 2006 and is the principle pianist for the Singing Churchmen of Oklahoma He also plays the piano for various events around the state. Chris met his wife, Liz, while attending Oklahoma Baptist University. They were married in 1995 and have 3 children, Emily and her husband Colten, Bailey, and Rylie. Chris loves being Pops to his 6 grandchildren.
TYLER COOPER
Youth Pastor
Tyler became the Youth Pastor at Regency Park on September 9, 2024. Tyler met his wife, Rachel, at Regency Park in 2020. They were married in 2023 and have 3 little dogs named Colt, Nash, and Lucy. In Tyler’s free time he enjoys watching football, playing volleyball, and traveling.
JENNI DAVIS
Children’s Ministry Director
Jenni began attending Regency Park Baptist Church in January 2019 and began serving in children’s ministry that August as a Mission Friends teacher. She has taught children’s Sunday School since 2020 and became the Children’s Ministry Director in August 2026. Having accepted Christ as her Savior at Vacation Bible School when she was eight years old, Jenni understands the lasting impact children’s ministry can have in a child’s life. Jenni served as VBS Director in 2022 and has continued teaching VBS since 2023. She also serves with the Union Baptist Association by teaching the VBS Bible Study training class for leaders serving children in first through fourth grades.
JARON TAYLOR
Assistant Children’s Ministry Director
Jaron has been attending Regency Park since 2003. Having given his life to the Lord in the summer of 2017 at Falls Creek, he answered the call to ministry in 2019. Jaron began serving in the children's ministry at Regency Park in 2022 and became the Assistant Children’s Ministry Director in August of 2026. In Jaron’s free time he enjoys playing games with friends, spending time with family, and playing volleyball.
NAOMI WHITNEY
Preschool Director
Naomi became the Preschool Director at Regency Park in January of 2024. A member since 2003, Naomi came to know the Lord at a Regency Park revival in 2008. She began volunteering in the church nursery as soon as she was old enough and has enjoyed teaching kindergarten Sunday school alongside her mom in recent years. Naomi holds a bachelor’s degree in anthropology and has several years of experience working in public libraries. With a deep passion for children, she is excited to use her skills to help build strong biblical foundations for the little ones at RPBC.
LAUREN WALMSLEY
Administrative Ministry Assistant
Lauren became the Administrative Ministry Assistant at Regency Park in June of 2022. She came to Regency Park with her family at a young age and was called to salvation at Falls Creek when she was 14 years old. While in youth here at Regency Park, Lauren met Adam, and the two were married in November of 2022. Lauren is passionate about missions and serving. She also loves to travel and try new things.
CINDY GARRETT
Administrative Ministry Assistant
Cindy has been the Administrative Ministry Assistant since April of 2026. She first heard the gospel at Falls Creek after her friends invited her to church. At the age of 15 she accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior. Cindy joined Regency Park Baptist Church in 2018 and has served in many ministries throughout the church. She enjoys going to Branson and baking. And she especially loves doing things with her 2 high school granddaughters.
